Raptor won the award for Best E-commerce tool 2019

May 23rd was the day of FDIH’s E-commerce Awards 2019, and it was a day of grand celebration for everyone at Raptor Services A/S, as we took home a 1st and 3rd place award.

We are incredibly proud of winning the award for Best E-commerce Tool of 2019, and we could not agree more with the reason given by the jury:

Raptor won the award because of a superior product, which enables clients to easily collect and act on data. In spite of the complexity and many possibilities of the product, the implementation is easy, and businesses can quickly start working with segments and building customer experiences that increase relevancy and conversions.

Best E-commerce Case Award

Raptor was also awarded the 3rd place in the category Best E-commerce Case, with our client Bog & idé.

With help from Raptor’s tools and knowledge, Bog & idé managed to connect the digital and physical stores in a spectacular way. The collection of data enables them to work with segments and personalization, which improves user experience.

Simultaneously, the solution creates possibilities for up- and cross-selling in the physical stores, because the employees know what to recommend to the individual customer.

1st place – “Best B2C E-commerce business with revenue above 50 million dkk” like they also did last year. One of the reasons is their new app, which has good intelligent search functions and personalized content which creates great customer experiences.

Proshop

1st place – “Best B2C E-commerce business with revenue above 50 million dkk” like they also did last year. One of the reasons is their new app, which has good intelligent search functions and personalized content which creates great customer experiences.

Bog & idé

3rd place – “Best E-commerce case” with Raptor and a top 5 in “Best omnichannel experience”. With help from Raptor, Bog & idé has beautifully connected their e-commerce site with their retail stores. Using data from their e-commerce site, Bog & idé’s employees in their retail stores can in no time recommend relevant products to their customers.

Coop

1st place – “Best App” They have created a cross-channel app, where Coop involves the customer through gamification. They are first-movers in the area of scan and pay. Furthermore, they create better customer experiences with their content recommendations.

Brdr. A&O Johansen

1st place – “Best omnichannel experience” and got a 2nd place for “Best B2B company”. A&O is a pioneer regarding omnichannel and brilliantly shows how to connect their e-commerce with its retail stores. Examples of this are their self-service robots in their retail stores.

CC Hobby

3rd place – “Best export-case” with Creativ Company. Combining growth with a huge focus on diversity and job satisfaction, CC-Hobby has with huge success adapted to the individual markets.

Hesehus and Babysam

2nd place – “Best E-commerce case” In just 4 months, Hesehus and Babysam have developed a new e-commerce solution, which already shows excellent results. Their revenue has increased with 113%, the conversion rate has increased with 44% and the organic traffic has increased with 33%.
