IT Supporter

The job

As our first and only IT supporter, you will be the ultimate problem solver and go-to person at our office. You will have a central position in our daily office set up, working across all departments. You can expect a varied everyday life, and the possibility to improve and develop yourself – both personally and professionally.

You will work from our headquarters in Aarhus, but you will cover the support of all of our offices. If you find it relevant and would like to go see the world, there could be travels to our offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Paris, and Romania. 

Your tasks

It will be your overall responsibility to maintain procedures that require technical support , and your tasks can vary from day to day, so prioritization is key.  In the daily onsite office support, you will be troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues. You will assist and guide colleagues through the process to resolve technical problems, e.g.  with meeting room conference systems, dashboard TVs, and more. You will also be responsible for the IT set-up when we on and off-board colleagues as well as purchasing equipment. Depending on your skills and interests, you can also be helping out with tasks within IT security and server management (Azure).

Maybe you have an education within IT, or maybe you’re an autodidact IT-wizard, who knows a thing or two (okay, maybe more) about hardware, software, systems (Office 365) and everything in between.
