Customer Lifetime Value Model (CLV)

Raptor Services are proud to release our Customer Lifetime Model (CLV).  

With the Customer Lifetime Value Model (CLV), you can create audiences of customers with high predicted future value, high risk of churning, high average order value, and 12 other parameters.

The purpose

With the release, you don’t need to be a data scientist to measure the lifetime value of your customers, now it’s possible for everyone working in the Customer Data Platform to analyze which of your customers are profitable to your marketing campaigns.

Say you campaign on a hunch that customers who bought from you within the last 90 days are more likely to buy from you again. It’s likely, but you are not absolutely sure as you don’t have specific data. With the CLV, your hunch becomes a fact. You can turn that fact into tangible campaigns targeting those frequent buyers with relevant offers to convert their interest into sales.

With the CLV it is possible to find customers that data proves to be most valuable to your business and use this knowledge strategically in your marketing campaigns.

Who is it available for?

The CLV is exclusively available to CDP owners. You find the CLV in the Control Panel where you can start creating audiences right away.
