We chose the EZ Autos component for our client because it seemed to offer a wealth of functionality at a reasonable cost. Purchase, download and integration was very easy indeed, and it has been simple to configure it and even tweak some areas with only basic HTML and PHP skills, although most users won?t ever need to do this. Most importantly, my clients (being eager to start using it) called me for a quick run-through on how to use the system and after a fifteen minute phone call to explain the core functionality, they are already adding new vehicles to their site.

The technical support is excellent. We?re based in England, and I thought that the time difference alone would mean waiting longer for responses but every query has been answered really quickly.

My clients at www.cmimports.co.uk are simply over the moon with the product.  Although they are a small specialist importer of Japanese sports cars, they are now able to compete with the ?Big Boys? by having a good looking site with a professional vehicle search engine that stands up to the competition.

I recently purchase the Component EZRealty for the a site, and I had some customizations to do to the component in order to adapt it to the site. Well, I must say that EZRealty not only fulfilled my needs, I also got a REALLY GOOD tech support. EZRealty team answered all my questions in a timely matter, and even went beyond in helping me in implementing a couple of hacks that I wanted to have done. I don't know if there are any other components for real estate agent web sites, but I definitely won't look any further.

2 months ago we where searching for a component, that fullfills all our wishes for a special site for companies which are searching for employees and companies which provide such employees.

EZ Realty with its multiple functions seemed to be the component to fullfill our needs. So we asked Kathy many questions, before we bought EZ Realty. And every question was answered by her very fast and friendly - and without any word, that we should buy her components.

But now the best: we bought EZ Realty and because we had some special wishes, we had to ask Kathy many questions.

This component is perfect for so much needs, not only for Real Estate. It has fantastic modules and it works without any mistakes.

I have done business with many different software vendors over the past 10 years and nothing comes close to Kathy Strickland’s Raptor Services. She is very friendly, professional, and best of all, quick to respond to emails. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so when I asked about EZ Autos and informed her of our plans, Kathy was very quick to respond in kind. Since Hot Property was the only other choice besides EZ Autos based on features, she sold me on EZ Autos after just a few Q/A emails! The integration into Joomla! without touching the core was our first hurdle, then asking about possible code tweaking was the next and Kathy was quick to respond by letting us know that EZ Autos doesn’t touch the Joomla! core and that we could tweak the code all we wanted! 

With this in mind, we took the EZ Autos script to the next level by adding our own custom Automated Nightly Data Feeds directly from Nexteppe (http://www.nexteppe.com/) per clients’ request. This site supports their paperback version of “The Auto Market” which “…serves the New York Area with publications dedicated to specific market target areas. The areas we currently cover are Brooklyn/Queens, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Now, online to better serve our customers by giving them new ads every single day” (http://www.automarket1.com/news/latest/example-news-item-1-6-2.html). Essentially, the client wanted a website that was more of a “set it and forget it” powered by data feeds, but also had the features already built into EZ Autos, so the final choice was easy.

"As an ex hotproperty user, I was looking for a component that is powerful and simple to use. I was thinking of using Open Realty until i stumbled on this gem (EZ Realty). This component has PayPal IPN enabled to automate the paid listings process and 2 sales levels allow you to charge for upgrades from free listings to "premium" and "featured" listings, which are missing from HP. The support by Kathy is excellent, the best I've seen from a commercial software vender so far, every email gets answered by her in the same day. I was told that there will be a CB integration in the next release. This will allow the users to harness CB's profiling system - the plugin lists all of a member's listings in their CB profile area.  So, if site visitors like a particular property listed by someone, they'll be able to see what other properties they have listed by going to their profile. The only advantage that I can see HP has over EZ Realty is the ability to add extra unlimited fields, but I hope Kathy can code that in someday."
