After a monumental foul-up with the name servers for raptorsupport.com that rendered the site inaccessible for the past week - the site is back online for my commercial customers. If you've been using the temporary backup support site during the past week - you'll now be able to return to using my usual commercial support site at http://www.raptorsupport.com :-)
