We make every effort to write product information in simple, easy-to-understand terms - however we cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings arising from a persons own assumptions, english comprehension skills or anything else that influences understanding of english and the written word.  This includes a persons own failure to even read the information made available.

Product features also change as time passes and new versions are released, and features once available may have been replaced with new features.  Therefore, information on other sites, and even old news articles on our site should not be considered indicative of features currently available.

For example - Community Builder integration was once a feature that has now been replaced by the EZ* components own profiling system.  This is the evolving nature of software development - and while other sites may still advertise these features as available - the fact that they aren't does not constitute false advertising in any way.

Our business site here should be considered the definitive source of information regarding our software products and current features, and the product information pages are where you'll find the most up-to-date list of features.

While we do make every effort to keep our site and product information as up-to-date as possible - things do get overlooked occasionally - as we're only human.  These errors and/or omissions do not constitute an attempt to mislead customers or engage in false advertising - they are simply what they are - errors and/or omissions that will be corrected when we become aware of their existence.

System requirements are defined for each software product we sell - and these requirements are clearly specified so that potential customers know what is required for successful operation of our products before they purchase.
